Guest guest
Myself - I would create my own lunch - I would get the Ceasar salad with the cajun chicken breast added - minus the bacon bits and croutons and parm cheese. You tell them what you want - and also, be careful of the dressing - could be lots of bad stuff in it ya know - oil, sugar, etc., etc. I just add balsamic vinegar to my salads. Good Luck!! Enjoy! Guest guest
I would go with the grilled chicken (Hot Off The Grill) with BBQ sauce (tell them to go light on the sauce or serve it on the side). Only eat one of the 4 oz. breast and take the other to go. Vegetables and Baked Potato (dry). You can use some of the BBQ sauce to top your potato or use a small amount of ketchup. Water to drink. OR From the Pizza & Pasta menu you can choose the Create Your Own Pasta Dish and go with the tomato basil sauce (again, tell them light on the sauce or get it on the side). only eat a portion size of the pasta. Add a grilled chicken breast for $2.50. Skip the garlic bread and ask them for a side "green" salad with no dressing or Lite dressing ( I always order dressing on the side). And of course water. Guest guest
I think I will go the " Hot of the Grill " suggestion. Thank god they have a website! So were able to check it out. Not hard to tell I work with 12 men hence the sports bar. Thanks for the help. --- Cheryl Cundick <cdautah1@...> wrote: > I would go with the grilled chicken (Hot Off The > Grill) with BBQ sauce (tell them to go light on the > sauce or serve it on the side). Guest guest
Holly, you have got to get over that fear of being found out thing. Everyone is on diets now a days and as bill says: " if you fail to plan you plan to fail " No one is even going to be paying attentiion to what you order or how you order. Remember you are doing BFL for you not for other people. Be good to yourself and plan what you are going to eat before hand and try not to feel embarassed- AMY > > Myself - I would create my own lunch - I would get > > the Ceasar salad with the > > cajun chicken breast added - minus the bacon bits > > and croutons and parm > > cheese. Guest guest
Get the two 4-oz grilled chicken breasts with vegetables. Take half home. Don't eat much of the sauce. Guest guest
Holly, Good job on your lunch out! Now you know you can do BFL *all* the time, even when there are " surprises " thrown your way. I bet no one asked you if you were " on a diet " either, did they? Jen B. > I do plan! I brought a steak wrap for lunch with > carrots on the side.
