Hello Everyone!

I just found the podcast yesterday and I love it. I normally don't get involved

much with the online social network, but I'm trying to think outside the box for

this. I really want to succeed with this and I feel like is a great

motivator and very supportive. So, I'm making my first change to reach out to

the community!

I'm from Baltimore. I've had success in keeping 10-20 lbs off for

about 7 or 8 years. It's a little up and down and I'm struggling to find my

footing with my weight, eating, sleeping, exercise...ok everything since my son

was born in September 07.

Food = Comfort for me. A life long issue that my parents instilled in me. Not

to mention a poor diet. I'm tired of struggling with my weight and feeling so

unhealthy. I have my son's future to think of now, so I WANT TO CHANGE! I have

made small changes over the years, but it's always been a challenge. I now eat

pretty well, but still sneak in guilt-inducing treats, mainly chocolate. And I

still overeat at meals because I have to " clean my plate. "

I'm just starting at the beginning and will take my time working through the

podcasts and exercises. I have a tendency to go full throttle with new things

and then completely sputter out. Thanks for listening and I look forward to

sharing with you in the journey!
