Hello everyone.

I've been reading posts and thought it was time to introduce myself.  I guess I

haven't taken the time to learn how to down load the IOWL on to my ipod and I

rely on my husband to help me.  He downloaded the first 5 episodes, and I've

listened to them twice so far.  And now I need more!  I've really enjoyed and

connected to what says.  I'm very grateful that I found this and all of

you!

I've lost 25 lbs through WW only to put back on 20lbs.  Frustrating.   I'd lost

all motivation and was searching for something to spur me on.  I found it with

IOWL.  I've begun exercising again and making better food choices.
