Guest guest
Wow Cristi! I think you did fantastic on your first challenge!! You should be very proud of yourself, and thank you so much for sharing your stats with us. Those type of successes are exactly what newbies need to hear. On to the second challenge for you! If you feel like sharing some more, tell us some of your goals for this challenge. Jen B. C3W4D2 > Hi, all, > Cristi here. Guest guest
.. Not a drastic change like the success stories in the book but I like the progress! >> One thing to remember Cristi is that he puts the MOST dramatic in the book. That is for guidence and inspiration I'm sure for every one in the book there is 10 or more that didn't do that well BUT remember that you finished. More than I can say mine was supposed to start last monday and I'm still trying to kick start myself here. You've done GREAT keep it up. Guest guest
I always make sure I tell everyone that picks up my book that those pictures are the best out of thousands of people. However, I remind them that an average Andy like me is getting results and they can too. Since it is Body for Life, you have more than one 12 week period to get where you want. You will be able to complete 4 challenges per year. Just imagine where you will be after 1 year! One year goes by fast enough as it is! A twelve week period though is great for setting goals and achieiving them. It seems to be just the right amount of time. It is not too short and not too long. Andyman > . Guest guest
What a great perspective, Andy! How right! I mean I didn't put on this weight in a year. But I can be in great shape by the end of this year! Thanks for that great perspective! :-) Cristi c2w1d3 Re: Second Challenge > I always make sure I tell everyone that picks up my book that those > pictures are the best out of thousands of people. Guest guest
I would recommnd BetaGen, Phen-Free and Cytovol (cell volumizer). And of course your MRP or Protein Powder of choice.
