I've often done that! I so want to go back to sleep and then I start thinking

about how much better I will feel afterwards and jump out of bed. :-) It's like

if I don't get up NOW I won't have time so I'll jump up and am out the door in

5'.

Today was such a busy day and I had scheduled myself to go to the gym this

evening but when the time came I was really dragging my feet. I went anyway and

hey, I feel GREAT now!

5 stars for working out!!

Yesterday I marveled at how great I felt all day long just going to the gym

and working out in the morning.

Felt full of energy, less cravings, ate less food than I should have really,

because I didn't want more.

Today the wife was sick and couldn't go. I lay there hitting snooze over and

over. At the last minute snooze I'm about to hit it and then I think about

how much better I feel with exercise than an extra hour of sleep. I'm up and

out the door 10 minutes later for an hour at the gym!
