Guest guest
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you who have shared our enthusiam in starting our new Early Intervention Center. Many of our new parents have asked us to post this information on the web. Our parents feel that the emotional services that we offer are superior to most other programs. Our Early Intervention Center was designed by a special educator who has had extensive experience with school based/county based programs, special instruction, ABA, TEACCH, etc. and a mother of a child with autism. Our goal of the center is to help educate families and children with autism spectrum disorder. We know that this is a stressful time for families and the goal of our center is to help alleviate your stress. We don't have all the answers but we can help make your decisions more manageable for you. You can bring your child to an educational center based environment instead of a clinic. In our center we offer parent support to help new parents cope with a new diagnosis for their child. We offer time to each family to help make decisions and look for therapeutic interventions that have meaning to families. We are well supported by many of the developmental pediatricians in the area. We take the suggestions given by your developmental pediatrician and help implement them under one center based program. If you need an exceptional educational environment to educate your child please come and visit us. While your child is in our care they will learn to develop in all agreas of need. We have superior staff on board who have years of experience working with children with sensory integration dysfunction, speech and language disorders, autism spectrum and behavioral difficulties. We can educate your child using a variety of age appropriate research based methodologies. On staff we have several Speech- Language Patholoogists, An Occupational Therapist who is Certified in the areas of Sensory Integration and Listening Programs (as well as many other therapeutic techniuqs), a Physical Therapist who is well trained in the area of Pediatrics, ABA Therapists, Verbal Behavior Therapists, Board Certified ABA Therapist. We are here to help support your family and your child. Please feel free to call us or email us with any questions. We will help answer any questions you have without pushing our services onto you. We know that this is a stressful time for families. Our services are very extensive so that we can meet the individual needs of families. We offer summer programming, social skills, OT, Speech, PT, Music Therapy, ABA, VB, TEACCH, incidential learning and after-school programs. Please contact us with any questions you might have a 770-338-2465 or email us at bridging_the_gap@....
