Hi , I have most of Joyce Vedral's workout DVDs. I like her but she is different and can be a bit annoying. I really like her old book "Bottom's Up!" it has great weight lifting moves and she explains it very well... she uses a pyramid weight lifting system. She's in great shape too! She doesn't look like her age (in her body anyway LOL) About the cougar workout. I haven't done it yet but if you want I can preview if for you and let you know what I think of it.Let me know....BTW, have you done other Joyce V workouts? I had gone to the library on Saturday and while I was waiting for the grandkids to pick out some books I decided to browse the VHS/DVD section. I wasn't really looking for anything in particular. Our library only has one workout DVD, not that I need any as I have tons I haven't even done yet. Our library has maybe 6 or 7 workout VHS tapes. I really like Gilad so I decided to check out the Gilad 30 minute beginners workout. I did it today. It was very easy and not much of a workout, but I didn't really think it would be. I did it barefooted and with all my foot problems I never do that. I knew it would be easy but I have just been so lazy lately I figured it was better than nothing. I probably won't do this workout again but it would be very nice for someone who hasn't exercised for a while. As to my question, I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Joyce Vedral DVD

called"The Cougar Workout"? I just love the name and was wondering if it was any good. I have decided that even though I find Joyce a bit odd, I really do like her workouts. Thanks and have a great evening everyone.
