I started subscribing a few months ago and was listening to the most recent

podcasts at the gym while working out. But then I realized I was missing the

context that had built up week after week so I've downloaded them all.

I'm now listening to them starting with the first and going forward. I actually

like to listen to them at work when I can, as sort of background " radio. " Yes,

I do tend to listen to each one a couple of times. I also listen while resting

at home and on my iPhone while working out.

I'm on #15, and am really trying to synthesize the lessons and messages of the

series.
