You don't have to filter your tea at all. It's a lot of mess and definitely

not worth it!

I just strain the KT with a fine-mesh tea strainer when it comes out of the

brewing vessel and immediately bottle it. By the time the KT gets poured =

from bottle to glass, it often needs straining again, as there can be

lots of yeasty strands and oogly bits (quite normal!).

Remember, Kombucha Tea is a live liquid in which the bacteria still

actively build little culture bloblets, often right through the liquid,

but mostly on the top, if left undisturbed.

So, forget about filtering. You can do that with your coffee, if you

like some with your breakfast (as I very much do!).
