Guest guest
Rhonwyn...just chop garlic, and leave out on a platter for 20 minutes or so, while you are doing other stuff in kitchen. that will oxidize it, like cook it just enough to use with top benefits, without cooking. Actually mostly i use loads of Paprika and very litttle Cayanne myself, the Olive Oil, and into foodproceser. Than into a jar and fridge, to solidify. I use it on everything from garlic toast to steamed vegies..saves a stepp and the mess. The more cayanne, the less hunger one feels. Luv G PS: i just bottled 12 bottles with chopped up organic strawberries, that is why i said that, I have seen a little mold on one, but in sec ferment, we drink it up fast!! Sorry if cayanne is not for you,i mix into olive oil,and oxidized garlic, all in the blender, and put in fridge and use as butter,a little at a time.I learnt this in Hungary..poor mans/womans butter. Also smashed tomato is also good.I would eat alot of raw garlic as an antibiotic. The book " Juicing for Life " is very good, as is Jethro Kloss's book " Back to Eden " . Herbalists are all going to recomend no meat, white sugar or flour, lots of herbs & herb teas ....Good luck... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
