Donna,

thanks to you I did give Barefoot cardio a whirl. I really liked it. Not cray

about the music, but it did keep my heart rate up and was challenging!

helping.  Now, if we avoid snow for a couple of weeks (or the rest of the

season!!) I should be good to go!
