Well, I already posted Saturday's workout, but I realized I forgot to post

Friday's which was Insanity Fit Test.

I did *I think* decent on the fit test. Some numbers were great some not so

much. It really bothered my back at times - but I'm flaring right now so its

hard to tell if it always will.

I was going to add some kettlebell workout in at the end but I went into full

scale two hour long asthma attack. Grrr. So that's all I did.

I can see just by the Fit Test why this workout may exhaust people as that at

least was ALL anerobic. Our bodies weren't meant to do anerobic for too long too

frequently. Plus, you really do need some time of recovery drink afterwards. I

put less than 1/4 of a serving of Shakeology and a bit of creatine in some water

and drank that.

I'll probably aim at doing one or two Insanity workouts a month.

Today I did 10 min Ultimate Kettlebell the fat burning section with my 10lber.

My chest and back are SORE from Gilad yesterday. I'm pleased. I haven't had much

soreness with Chalean lately, especially in the chest where I have been pressing

30lbs each hand. But apparently 10lbs high rep made me sore.

After Ultimate Kettlebell I did Arms and Shoulders section of Disc 4

Gilad-17min. Just as effective as the other workouts I have done this far.

Definitly a great disc!!

After that I broke in Taebo Funk which is 46 minutes. This seemed to be a

compilation of all the one funky moves throws in to each workout and all

the silly moves he does on set pre-filming. Fun. Low-moderate intensity. Good

for my flare days. The music REALLY could have been better though.

Have a great week everyone!
