Guest guest
yoga night and awesome strength morning last night i just couldn't get to sleep by 10pm so i did the second segment of yoga zone basics for beginners.pretty gentle 20 minute practice. slow moving but i needed that and i needed to force myself to just slow it down. this morning tried another strength training workout i haven't done in ages!!! a cathe weight workout named supersets. i loved the workout and did as strong as possible. which says a lot because of low ends and pulses. i did do a creatine mix beforehand but even back before kettlebells it was hard for me to complete a lot of the reps in this workout. i still had to take breaks but did way more then i have before with this workout. i did NOT though lighten my weights. i tried to stay with my selection and go medium heavy so i would rather try heavier instead of doing all the reps. i did pretty well with a 36lb barbell for legs. i haven't used much of my barbell so its quite good i did all the barbell exercises(with the exception of the preacher curls where i used dumbbells instead). see how i feel later. i had planned a treadmill walk but if weather permits i will go the trails by myself instead. Guest guest
Hi Kassia,Great going - Cathe's supersets is one of my favorite Cathe workouts. I like the other strength workout that she did that came out w/ this set, too. I can't remember the name - push/pull maybe? Anyway, those are about the only 2 of Cathe's strength workouts that I kept. Both I still have on VHS. Guest guest
I LOVE Yoga Zone! Its one of the few yoga workouts I consistently like. How much creatine do you use pre-workout? I only do it once in a while and I use my 1/4tsp. I wonder if I should use more. a > > > yoga > night and awesome strength morning > > > > > > last night i just couldn't get to sleep by 10pm so i did the second > segment of > yoga zone basics for beginners.pretty gentle 20 minute practice. > slow moving but i needed that and i needed to force myself to just slow > it down. > > this morning tried another strength training workout i > haven't done in ages!!! a cathe weight workout named supersets. > i loved the workout and did as strong as possible. which says a lot > because of low ends and pulses. i did do a creatine mix beforehand but > even back before kettlebells it was hard for me to complete a lot of the > reps in this workout. i still had to take breaks but did way more then i > have before with this workout. i did NOT though lighten my weights. i > tried to stay with my selection and go medium heavy so i would rather > try heavier instead of doing all the reps. i did pretty well with a 36lb > barbell for legs. i haven't used much of my barbell so its quite good i > did all the barbell exercises(with the exception of the preacher curls > where i used dumbbells instead). > > see how i feel later. i had > planned a treadmill walk but if weather permits i will go the trails by > myself instead. > > > LDY_SOLANA'S fITNESS BLOG > > LDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGE >

Guest guest
about half a scoop(that came with it) in some crystal light(i hate it with water i always have to mix it with some sort of juice). they say to cycle it but i mainly use it before workouts when i know i need some calories in me to get through a workout but don't want much in stomach b/c i always feel nausea.LDY_SOLANA'S fITNESS BLOGLDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGEFrom: a <paulajfrey@...>Subject: Re: yoga night and awesome strength morningTo: Date: Monday, March 15, 2010, 11:27 AMI LOVE Yoga Zone!
