Guest guest
I had been on Truvada for as many years as it has been available. I started having some problems with my kidneys and they suspected it was the Tenofovir which is part of the combo of Truvada, Tenofovir/emtricitabine . I have read that it is a rare occurrence, but I have been switched to Edurant (rilpivirine), and I would guess it is relatively new, but so far so good. I still haven't heard back about the the kidney situation.
