I had a pretty good workout this morning despite being sooo very tired.  Ugh...  I think my forearms got worked more than anything.  It was to the point of being unsafe where I couldn't even grip that barbell w/ the deadlifts.  OUCH.  They were rock hard and swollen for quite some time afterwards as well.

Lat pulldowns with bandT-pull with bandY's with bandChinups - did 7 full chin-ups :)Chinups - did wide grip overhand, and held

Pull-ups - Did 4 underhand, and then just heldOne arm row - 50#, and completed them just fine - yay!One arm row / TF - upped it to 53# and got 11 on each side

Barbell rows - 83# listened to my back and was playing it safe.. it handled it fine..Barbell rows - 88# made it to 11 reps for TFDeadlifts - 88 (up from 75# last go around)# - OUCH.  My forearms were on fire.

Deadlifts - 88# made it to 8 for TF

Barbell Curl - 58.5# (not sure what I was smokin' when I decided to try this weight, I got all of the reps in, but I used a lot of momentum :( Barbell Curl - 58.5 # 8 reps for TFSeated alternated Curl - 24# ( has to rest after #9)

Preacher curls on stability ball - 20# - wow.  I got 12 first set, second set I got 9 and that was with rests, 3rd set I got 8 w/ rests...talk about fry!

I noticed that, but still, I don't think I could do even *one* chin up!!  On Fri, Feb 12, 2010 at 2:36 PM, Darcy Ledman <exercise.junkie@...> wrote:
