I think my forearms got worked more than anything. It was to the point of being unsafe where I couldn't even grip that barbell w/ the deadlifts. OUCH. They were rock hard and swollen for quite some time afterwards as well. Lat pulldowns with bandT-pull with bandY's with bandChinups - did 7 full chin-ups :)Chinups - did wide grip overhand, and held Pull-ups - Did 4 underhand, and then just heldOne arm row - 50#, and completed them just fine - yay!One arm row / TF - upped it to 53# and got 11 on each side Barbell rows - 83# listened to my back and was playing it safe.. it handled it fine..Barbell rows - 88# made it to 11 reps for TFDeadlifts - 88 (up from 75# last go around)# - OUCH. My forearms were on fire. Deadlifts - 88# made it to 8 for TF Barbell Curl - 58.5# (not sure what I was smokin' when I decided to try this weight, I got all of the reps in, but I used a lot of momentum Barbell Curl - 58.5 # 8 reps for TFSeated alternated Curl - 24# ( has to rest after #9) Preacher curls on stability ball - 20# - wow.
