I would upset too. My kids are on medicaid and I got a letter in the

mail saying that they lost a cd with info like names, addresses,

social security numbers of all my family members and that I should

contact the credit reporting companies and put a fraud alert on my

record. This really upsets me off because how in the world would

they " lose " such information thats is supposed to be protected.

First, I never told the school he was eligible. Second, I never

authorized Medicaid to release any info to the school. Has this

happened to anyone else?

also state that " DCH has assured us that all private providers still
