An option better than Egrifta for lipodystrophy?

Hopefully, this drug could be used in a pilot study for the treatment of visceral fat in HIV. It would be interesting to see if it works better than Egrifta. Weight loss is the best way to lose visceral fat. But be careful since weight loss drugs tend to show cardiovascular problems in long term studies.
