Guest guest
Steve, If in doubt go to your docs, or even go to your local chemists most of whom will do a diabetes test there and then for free. Symptom matching on the internet can be a dangerous thing to do... Guest guest
Steve, I agree with Graham about seeing your doctor and just getting a diabetes blood test done, it's real simple. And also, don't fall into the self-diagnosing trap, been there done that and it's just a vicious cycle of added stress that your body doesn't need. Just relax and let it take it's course, there is no way to hurry up and get quick answers when you have Stills Disease. Be extra kind to yourself and do something nice and fun to help take some of the pressure off. Sincerely, Lorie in Seattle
Guest guest
Cant say for certain Steve, but it can be caused by Stills too.Imp starting to get my hot flushing at night again occasionally, but not too bad usually when I lay down.My fevers seemed to be directly connected to my rash(specifically I remember esp the rash on my back if I leaned back on it sitting on couch ect I would become instantly hot and bothered yeah I can say that lol). Also with me the pain was so much worse with the fever, take care hopfully your fever will subside might just take time eh. d.Canada Is this a sign of Diabetes ? I think I have asked this question before but anyway ...During the day I seem to feel very warm. My forehead can be normal (usuallywhen I am in bed), but at other times it just suddenly gets hot. This can besimply by being on the computer (it's warm now!), and I don't notice it asmuch if I'm out in the fresh air walking about.I've read on the internet (more fool me) that a symptom of diabetes can be'hot, flushed skin' so I need to know if anybody else has this problem. Are there any natural foods/herbs that can be taken to sort this out?It probably is the illness and not a side effect to any drugs but its a painin the backside. If I can get my temperature back to normal it would help mea lot. If I'm not in any pain I can still feel awful because of the hightemperature.SteveVisit the Still's Disease Message Boardhttp://disc.server.com/Indices/148599.htmlThe materials and information contained in this message are not intended to replace the services of a trained health professional or to be a substitute for medical advice of physicians and/or other health care professionals.
