Hi Bob, thanks for the good reminder about what we should be careful of saying to each other. I hope it's okay to send articles about different things as I have in the past as it's more an FYI (For Your Information) type thing. But if it's out of line please let me know and I shall stop. I just like helping people out whenever I can. I hope I haven't said anything I shouldn't of but with my memory or lack of it, I don't remember, lol!! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it, just kidding Bob..

I will try and be more careful of my wording although normally I do mention that it's best for them to get advice from their doctors first but again I will for one, watch what I say in the future.

Bob, if you do notice me getting out of line, just send me an email and I will keep the other eye open too!!

hints and ideas but please make sure that you are not giving actual advice.. You may say what has happened to you but you may not recommend to someone that they try this or try that. I know that no one would do this on purpose but it can happen and I believe I have done it myself on occasion and it was just not right.
