Guest guest Posted June 20, 2010 Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 Jen's Weigh-In for Sunday 06/20/10 My Highest Weight: 220 poundsLAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 215.2THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 214.6LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOSS of 0.6 LBSEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 0PLAYING VOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 120 minutesWALKING THIS WEEK: 62.11 minutesWATER EXERCISE/SWIMMING THIS WEEK: 210 minutesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 392.11 minutesThis year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my highest weight which was 220 pounds (June 28, 2009.) See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5% 209.00 11.00 10% 198.00 22.00 15% 187.00 33.00 20% 176.00 44.00 25% 165.00 55.00 30% 154.00 66.00 35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00 45% 121.00 99.00I lost a little over a half a pound this week. I walked and did water exercise and swam a little this week. This coming week I'm going to do water exercise/swimming everyday that I can (weather permitting) and I'm going to walk slowly....hopefully my ankle won't swell again.Food/nutrition - I'm going to avoid all sweets/treats except for one day this week.
