WEEK: 392.11 minutesThis year I will be basing my weight

45% 121.00 99.00I lost a little over a half a pound this week. I walked and did water exercise and swam a little this week. This coming week I'm going to do water exercise/swimming everyday that I can (weather permitting) and I'm going to walk slowly....hopefully my ankle won't swell again.Food/nutrition - I'm going to avoid all sweets/treats except for one day this week. I want to know if that will help me lose weight.
