After thinking about it...duh... the day before's 700+ burn was hardly a lighter day, so I took yesterday as my light day. I didn't get my workout done in the morning either. By the time I was ready to workout, I was too hungry. So, I did it a bit later in the morning after breakfast. Was planning on doing just the 30 minute lower body session, but I ended up doing the upper one as well. This workout is tough, but not killer hard. I didn't have my HRM on so I have no idea what I burned, but I do know I sweated a lot! I got a nice 45-minute workout in. Darcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
