Guest guest Posted April 7, 2010 Report Share Posted April 7, 2010 So, I started off doing Athletic Step, but when it seemed so familiar like i had just done it, I popped in Step Moves at the 10-minute mark. I skipped the warm-up and enjoyed the workout. I was tired though. Enjoying it, but lacking with any extra " oomph " . I, again, was glad to have it come to an end. I burned 438 calories with my average 131. Afterwards, I knew I was lacking in the ab department, so I popped in Mindy's All about Abs. I did the ball section.
