I had a very rough night last night and did not feel like working out today at all.  Have a lot going on..ugh...  I wanted to do Danny Sullivan, but didn't have the energy for that.. wanted to also do Viorino (sp?), but didn't want 70 minutes.  I decided to go with Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training, I liked it a lot!  I didn't realize it was all strength training, but it turned okay.  The workout flew by.  I believe it's rated as advanced, but I would call it intermediate.  I'm glad i was able to get something in, and am not sweating it was a shorter workout since it is a recovery workout afterall (42 minutes)  :)  Oh, I burned 280 calories with my average at 107.  Not a high calorie burner.
