Good morning all. Last night after work I was soooo tired but I wanted to do at least a little something. I know I need to work on strenth training as I tend to mostly just do cardio. I grabbed a DVD called Personal Trainer, Total Body workout by Kathy . I think it is excerpts from a bunch of her DVD's. I did part of the warm up and I did the upper body routine from the sculpting and toning section of the DVD. This section uses dumbbells. It was only 20 minutes but at least it was something. After that I did my exercise bike for a while. I am still trying out the different programs that it has. Last nite I set it on Pikes Peak (I should have known from the name), I set it for 20 minutes but ended up only doing 12 minutes because it was really hard and it kicked my butt. I really feel it in my thighs this morning. I am off too work now so I have to go. I don't remember if I told you all, but my grandson came home from the hospital and is doing good. Thanks to everyone for your good thoughts and prayers.
