Guest guest
Hi Aynone any insights on virus and brain function improvements in the absence of fever. Infact I felt/feel icy cold but my temp normal.. My brain function was indescribaly better than at any time in 6yrs. Joy of joys even the verbal bits. First I realised I'd been able to properly listen to someone for 45mins. It wasn't like dancing on hot coals... How it's been for years. The every day for 11 days I was able to take part in group conversation despite being a physical mess. A miracle really as I thought I'd have to work hard to re-learn how social situations work, how to behave etc, but after 3 or 4 conversations I felt pretty confident. Also had a constantly more rooted sense of self, awareness of my position in space, typing more accurately, loads of cognitive and sensory stuff, and the left side of my brain feels inside my skull rather than floating around about 2 foot outside it. Started 6-7 weeks ago, 10 days ago it began waxing and waning. As it wanes my left brain floats outwards, my walking improves and I feel more energetic, but my mental skills deteriorate... Sob... But at least I know something significant is recoverable. Any ideas? Jacqui
