Thanks for the info. Sounds like an interesting diet and that you've managed to do really well on it - congratulations. I tried the South Beach for 2 days and I hated it. I'd rather be a vegetarian than eat protein all the time while limiting my fruits and veggies and not being able to have any bread! I've been counting calories for the past few weeks and I'm starting to make some progress - I'm losing it slowly. I'm trying to lose about 10-15 lbs. so the South Beach was way too strict for me and I don't mind just watching what I eat. It's kind of a pain sometimes because I write down everything I eat, but it definitely makes me more conscious of what I'm eating and it makes me make better choices.
