Guest guest
Pun intended? . Sorry about the late response, my computer's running lke a rat through treacle and slowing all things down. It's so long since I made any Kombuffee (Komboffee) it's a wee bit vague 1. It does work. 2. I didn't suffer any ill effects. 3. It tasted very like unsweetened black coffee. 4. Feed-back suggests it's like " Marmite " you tend to love/hate it. I only made a gallon at a time. From (senile) memory I made initial tea as if for usual strength but using some-one's idea of making it concentrated then diluting to required volume. Before adding SCOBY and starter and making up to volume I added some brewed, black, coffee. Using what I would to brew about 1/2 gal of coffee to a strength I like. When cooled added to KT plus SCOBY and starter and carried on as normal. Hope that's enough of a skeleton to put some flesh on. Elsewise I'll do another brew and make notes. . (UK) A.B.A.L.T.A.T.
