touching, tapping compulsions

Has anyone found Rx and/or therapy that helps reduce touching and

tapping compulsions?

We thought for a long time that my son was stimming, because we thought he was

on the spectrum, but we were recently told that he is not on the spectrum, and

that his " stim " is actually a motor OCD. I wish I could see his exact stim in

someone else so that I could easily identify why he is doing it.....

there and they have it separated out as to meds/treatment for adults

and for children. Of course CBT and ERP are used for all.

My son began with a lot of touching type compulsions.
