Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 I switched things up in my rotation just a little due to tonique 2.2 having upper body in them. My arms were begging for some work today, so I gave it to them I love PUB. Very thorough, and an awesome fryer. For back, I went two notches heavier than Cathe, for chest, I used the same. For shoulders, I went one notch heavier, for triceps, I went one notch heavier, and for biceps I used the same. Tough ab workout as well. For the planks, I did every other one with the jackknife, alternating with the roll-ins. tough stuf!! My arms were fried and hurting more than my core. I burned 383 with my average at 112.
