Then, I have a 1-gallon glass jar, which is just too large, at least for the time being .... For the interim, though, I was hoping that a plastic jar (where the pickles were in), would suffice .... However, from the response and what I've read on other sites, I think I ought to visit some yard or estate sales to find a glass jar or two of sizes appropriate for brewing smaller amounts of k-tea.
