Dear Marj,

How wonderful that you've been drinking KT for so long and are enjoying a

relatively healthy life. May I ask how much you consume each day?

It is my understanding that too much KT will leach minerals from our bodies. It

is my understanding that our bones contain minerals that get leached by leaching

agents. Can some of the list members shed some light on this subject. I only

drink 12 oz per day in divided doses just in case it does leach minerals from my

body.

Does anyone suffer from RLS? I have some interesting observations about that

and by accident found a reliable remedy - it does have to do with minerals.

Dear Ones,

I have been suffering Kombucha-deprivatio n for some months, since Wheaton

Health Foods went out of business.

My dear daughter in Boston is sending me some of Dr. Sklenar's precious brew

from HerbsPro.

I had been drinking KT since the Blizzard of 96 and I think it helped keep me

here until, now, almost age 90.

I think the KT takes us back in time physically, even visibily in the elderly,

and helps extend our lives.

But the past couple of years, my life has been complicated by hereditary

osteoporosis.

Meanwhile, I will find out soon if those old, brown, flabby, ancient scobies

have produced. Wish me luck.

I didn't want to lose those old strains. One was from Dallas Dave.

Blessing on you all. LOve. MArge.
