Guest guest Posted May 24, 2010 Report Share Posted May 24, 2010 Donna, I'm loving running outside, it's the best time of year - not too hot or too cold (just really rainy here at the moment, which is a PITA) I have 2 or 3 virgin workouts that I'm curious to do on the rebounder one of them is a 5 mile walk! Wow, that will be a calorie burner on the rebounder for sure! The most I've done on the rebounder so far is 3 miles and it was pretty challenging. This may be my last week of video workouts other than yoga and t'ai chi for quite awhile! Once I see Noel twice a week my muscles will be too shot to do a strength video and running will clock in my cardio. I'm super, super broke right now ($90 in savings, $47 in checking) so after a month with Noel twice a week I'll probably take a few weeks off to recover and also to help replentish some savings.
