Well today was kind of sad.  While I will in all likelihood be teaching class next week unless someone miraculously picks up my class off the swap board, today was the day I had to say goodbye to my class.  Now I just can't wait til it's all over so that I can forge ahead with my new goals and seeing Noel two times a week!  Between Noel, running and kettlebells I think I will finally be able to reach my fullest potential.

Eating was very very bad on Friday (family night pizza, didn't drink but still I'm sure it was a good 2000+ calories) and moderately bad this weekend (some wine and Lebanese food). Luckily I do well during the work week.  I do well with structure like this and have my meals planned out once again for the week, your general bodybuilder type diet. I'm looking forward to my egg white and 1/2 yolk omelet with spicy salsa for breakfast :)  My girlfriend at work wants to run the bridges with me after work sometimes - yay!  This is , who I work out with on the floor at the gym once in awhile.  She's one tough cookie, so I'm looking forward to having this magnificent woman as a running partner!

My workout week was only 4.5 hours, but they were a tough 4.5 hours and I'm very proud!  I ran 9 miles this week and cannot WAIT to do that again this week if not more!

Big HUGS!!! , whenever you let go of something there will be a bit of

mourning even if you are moving on the new, maybe better things.

I'm excited for you and envious! I love reading about your adventures with Noel

and friends.

Pizza is loaded with tomatoes and antioxidents.

Hi ,

I'm sure it will be veyr bittersweet for you to leave your classes - but

hopefully you can sub from time to time to reconnect with your students

occasionally. Sounds like you have a fun & exciting plan for the summer - and I

can't wait to hear more Fitness stories, too!

Hugs,

Sara
