So exciting about the wedding plans!!!!!Glad your trip was nice as well :)On Mon, Jun 21, 2010 at 5:11 PM, a <paulajfrey@...> wrote:

Well, I am hopelessly behind in posts. I don't think I'll be able to catch up any time soon. So I'm reading from this point forward.

DC trip was nice, lots and lots of walking. Trip home wasn't easy, but there is always something right? Last week I worked lke mad to catch up (still haven't) and then hit a big old lack of energy/motivation wall. My neck hurt, I was tired, cranky, not sleeping and only able to do 15-20 min of something at a time. Last night I felt on the verge of getting sick and downed every supplement I owned and relaxed in bed. I did manage to eek out 30 min of PowerStrike earlier in the day.

Tonight I plan on breaking in Samba de Amigo that a certain enabler insist I buy. I have the accompanying marracas.

I also hope to do a bit of weights and start my way back on track there. I'm trying to figure out what kind of program I need to do over the next month that is neck friendly. My neck is really killing me. I have two impinged discs that flare at times. Anyone else have this issue?

Terry and I for the 900th time are discussing wedding plans. But I think this time it will actually happen. The plan is for a destination wedding April 26th in Maggie Valley, NC.

I'm excited! But I really need to get better about my diet and up my weight training so that I can look my best!

Hi a!

Welcome back! I hope your intro to Samba goes well! Remember - move your

wrists! Check the amazon reviews if you have trouble - one of them offers a

really good explanation. :D

Congrats on the possible nuptials, too! How exciting!

I hope you settle back in quickly and start feeling closer to your best, too!

Thanks Sara!

I plan on trying it again this weekend. I think it was having trouble

reigstering me due to low battery. But did I plug it in the charger? Nay I did

not. Sigh. Looks like fun though!!! :-)

Thanks Jen! Still 10 months away. The planning for our " simple " wedding is

already getting out of hand stressful. Worth it though! He is a KEEPER! :-)
