Guest guest Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 Today was the first day of my recovery week. I had no idea what I wanted to do and waited to long to start. Came very close to not doing anything this morning and doing it this afternoon. I knew I would regret that so I quickly threw in Tracey's yoga DVD. I did the runner's premis. It was only 17 minutes long. I liked it quite a bit. Nice good stretching. Afterwards, I grabbed The Method Pilates Target Specific w/ Kries. I chose the " hips " one. I liked this one too. It moved quickly. Her cuing could have been better, but all in all it fit the bill nicely. that was just another 15 minutes as well. No idea what is up for tomorrow.
