Thanks Diane for Andy Cutler's recommendations. So far I do not have any major issues- except I feel a little brain fog in the morning. I want them out because I don't want to get sick as I age and my defense systems get weaker. That's great that your pain has improved.Best,Sally--- En date de : Jeu 17.6.10, m_d33@... <m_d33@...> a écrit :De: m_d33@... <m_d33@...>Objet: Re: amalgam removalÀ: Autism Treatment Date: Jeudi 17 juin 2010, 17h42

Hi Sally, I have just finished having all my amalgams removed and I used the following protocol recommended by Andy Cutler. I found the one that made the biggest difference to me was a decent vitamin c, I used Crystal C (from Mandi) which made a massive difference to my energy levels and I also used megahydrate which stopped my headaches. I had mine done in 2 lots though, 2 crowns and 3 amalgams first time round and 5 amalgams 2 weeks later and feel a bit washed out, you're getting yours done a lot gentler than me!! On the positive side, my fibromyalgia pains have reduced by at least 80%, which I was hoping for as the pains started after I had my crowns put in 5 years ago, it just took me a while to connect the two. Good luck,DianeAntioxidant and supportive supplements should be taken at all times (before,

during and after amalgam removal).

Buffered vitamin C 1/2 to 2 grams 4 times a day

B complex equivalent to "b25" or "b50" 4 times a day

Zinc 50-100 mg

Magnesium 500-1000 mg in divided doses

Milk thistle extract 4 times a day

Vitamin E 1000-3000 IU daily

Mixed carotenes, lycopene, etc.

flax and borage oil.

Selenium 200 mcg as selenomethionine.

Chromium picolinate 200 mcg with every meal.

Molybdenum about 1000 mcg a day.

Avoid copper.

Whatever else works for your particular metabolism.

Andy Cutler
