Jen's exercise for Monday 02/15/10Tonight I played 2 hours of co-ed volleyball.My ankle hurt again...I think I will go to a bone Dr. about it because it's just not healing. I haven't tried exercising again (besides volleyball) but I want to this week...I don't want to risk hurting my ankle any more! Jen

Jen sorry about ankle good idea about seeing a bone specialist could be calcium or vit. D deficiencies.
