Guest guest
Hi, Just really wanted to share our success with KIB500. Norman has had a " chronic " UTI infection since Aug 2009 caused by a difficult to treat bacteria and which has proven unresponsive to antibiotics. His infection has been ongoing without any break at all for a whole year and this whole duration his wee smelled so bad. We came to an agreement with both the GP and hospital to have his urine tested every 3 weeks and each and every time the results came back positive with the bacteria, leukocytes, nitrites, protein and from time to time blood. Different antibiotics were prescribed - these never worked at all!!!! rather they destroyed his gut flora causing constipation and a chain reaction of problems. I also did my own urine dipstick at home every few days and all the indicators would always be positive. We tried oxysilver, bicarb, uva ursi, d-mannose, cranberry extract, fresh garlic, OoO, OLE, nothing seemed to help. Then we tried Pycnogenol, Epicor and high doses of Biokult and this was the only time the symptoms seemed to subside or what appears to me like the infection was being suppressed as the awful " ammonia " smell would stop. But each time we relaxed the regime of pycnogenol etc. the symptoms would reappear in full force, it really was a desperate situation and we didn't seem to be getting anywhere with mainstream treatment. Now, after a few doses of KIB500, the urine tests have come back clear, no bacteria, no leukocytes, no nitrites, no protein. Initially did 3 doses KIB and urine tested couple days later still indicated bacteria but symptoms were not there and urine dipstick was negative. So we did some more KIB, I don't exactly understand the full mechanism of KIB but what I think happened was that when we tested after the first 3 doses the KIB had not yet finished doing its job and would likely have been enough to clear it. Anyway all I can say is that I am over the moon, getting rid of this infection and KIB is really BRILLIANT!! Also want to say thank you to Lucinda for the help. Question now is, due to all this we were referred to a urologist. He did some ultrasounds and xrays. We're due to see him on Monday for results. Is it best to steer clear of mentioning using KIB500? How would we explain getting rid of the infection otherwise? From the urologists explanation and discussion previously, if he is to find no abnormality in the kidneys, no sign of urine reflux or anything unusual with the urinary system from the scans then he seemed to agree with the possibility that the infection was likely to do with a poor/under-functioning immune system. I think this is likely the reason, and ideally would want to press for further investigation into his immune function but I'm scared that now the infection is not there they will close the case. Any advice on how best to proceed with regards immune tests and dealing with docs would be much appreciated. emily p.s sorry for overstretched post. > > > Ok, so i've been convinced enough by what i've read and the good reports i've heard about this product, to go ahead and give it a try.. > > did other's buy from benchmark health - £54? > > i know its expensive but is it best to do this as a course? a few doses together? weekly? monthly? > > thanks > > . >

Guest guest
Yep that's what I was taught and I have mostly forgotten given Sam's aggressive behaviour in hols, is working on first set which they taught her at same time I did second. Hoping I can arrange for her to go up for the day for a refresh on seconds and then in New Year for 3rd set and we'll both be working the same then and my trigger thumb and carpal tunnel should be sorted and ready for proper action, at present I have numbness of hand and up over wrist after 5 mins set He giggles all the way through Liver ones for me but is doing them on him without issues Mandi x In a message dated 03/10/2010 13:34:11 GMT Daylight Time, thelifechangers@... writes: second moves onto thyroid and venus return... getting blood flow from legs back to heart. for some I think they may get liver exercises too. Guest guest
Hi Mandi we got leg exercises with our second set.. however I stupidly opted out of them as each time tash did legs she had more seizures... On reflection it was the benefit of the additional blood flow which was clearing her brain.. and I wish I had done the full prescription. First Set gets diaphragm and lungs .. improves blood flow capacity and the actual functioning of both of them, second moves onto thyroid and venus return... getting blood flow from legs back to heart. for some I think they may get liver exercises too. The actual exercises given to patient from set two onwards is very child specific.. so could not be certain of what Sam will be prescribed. Guest guest
Hi Natasa, Thanks for your reply, I very much appreciate your comment. Been really struggling with this but the more I think about it, have decided I won't mention the KiB500, probably best not to cause ripples, more than likely to spread!! In terms of other effects, we had a few days on the first 3 doses with better sleep for about a week and then went back to usual pattern of not sleeping. On the most recent doses he's had, we didn't get this effect, but mind as we are having some troublesome unstable patches of increased seizures, it's always difficult to get a clear picture of effects in terms of behaviour, as the effects of the seizures really cloud anything else that may be going on. I am certain though that the increased seizures is not an effect from KiB500 because Norman is usually very unstable around this time of year (Sept thru to Nov/Dec) never really understand why except maybe change in light conditions, perhaps something to do with Vit D levels. I guess this might be a good reason to go away somewhere warm and sunny, come Sept next year ;-)) cheers, emily > >> > > >> > > >> > Ok, so i've been convinced enough by what i've read and the good > > reports i've heard about this product, to go ahead and give it a try.. > >> > > >> > did other's buy from benchmark health - £54? > >> > > >> > i know its expensive but is it best to do this as a course? a few > > doses together? weekly? monthly? > >> > > >> > thanks > >> > > >> > . > >> > > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Interesting with the liver. Every time Tash went to osteo and they worked in her liver area she used to squirm because she is so ticklish.. Since doing TST this has stopped.. I think it is because she has detoxed such a lot that this is not a hyper senstive area any more.. Re your problems - have you been doing the basic exercises on yourself? or even the second..? We are on set 5 or 6 now and I have become so much more flexible again ( gymnast in youth!!!) and noticeable my right thumb which used to lock is now nicely mobile again.. So I am wondering as your own circulation improves if you might be able to notice improvements too. Guest guest
Hi Tracey, Yes, I'm really pleased being clear of the UTI's as it was not only affecting Norman but it was really getting me down too. In fact I can almost take a breather now (were it not for these dreaded seizures (() Thank you for the advice & information, it makes sense. As you say I don't think I'd want to treat with medication. What I want is to find out the reason why he gets the UTI's continuously, also the type of bacteria causing them is not the " usual " one (it is patients with catheters, stones or immune problems that get this). So if there is nothing unusual found on the scans and xray then I'd like to get his immunoglobulin levels checked. As it stands now the paediatrician only turns a blind eye to the problem and for a whole year, all the urine tests we've done she excuses the results away, saying it's contaminated urine each time. How can leukocytes and blood show up if it was just contaminated urine? About the increased seizures (7 tonic clonics some days and other days lots of clusters), this is Norman's usual pattern during Sept-Dec, he gets very unstable, so I'd not put it down to TST. We've had some very positive gains from TST but they are tiny and this is what I'd expect with the extent of N's difficulties coupled with age. Though changes are tiny, it does make me realise that there is a lot TST is addressing at a deeper level which I can't see (just wish I could dedicate enough time to do them). To share the gains we have from TST:- N used to yawn ALL day long and everyone used to comment about it - this has stopped. Also when he coughed before he would always yawn along with it - now he is able to just cough without any yawning to follow. Before his arms were clamped tight to his body and he had difficulty raising arms, it was very hard to dress him or put deodorant - he is now able to raise his arms up and can stretch well after sleep. He had very prominent veins in the temple area - they are gone now and the very noticeable pulsing is gone too. His left eye used to go red a lot - since we started TST it has cleared and does not happen anymore. His chest looks different but still has a very long way to go but the thing that he can stretch both arms up in the morning when he yawns shows the change with the diaphragm! The remarkable thing is prior to our last visit to Advance Norman was struggling to move his legs when trying to walk, he'd move his upper body forward but the legs would get stuck behind and we would have to hold him up and carry him. I was really worried thought he was losing his walking skill or a side effect of high P5P doses, but then gave us the leg exercises and exercises to work crossing the midline and very soon after the problem with his legs resolved, I think what she said was that this was a problem with his left and right side communicating and there was an upper and lower body breakdown. We've not had any reduction with seizures or any improvement with sleep but again I think I need to put in more work and more consistency. I'm still struggling to do the excercises, the legs are dificult as does not like stretching them out and when you want them bent at the knees he doesn't want this either - just can't win but I WILL, as I did with the chest excercises which he was resistant to initially. Brilliant to hear how well Tash is doing - 8 wks without major events is amazing, well done to you both :-))). emily xx > > > > > > > > > Ok, so i've been convinced enough by what i've read and the good > > reports i've heard about this product, to go ahead and give it a try.. > > > > > > did other's buy from benchmark health - £54? > > > > > > i know its expensive but is it best to do this as a course? a few > > doses together? weekly? monthly? > > > > > > thanks > > > > > > . > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hi Tracey, We use Bicarb too, has been the best to control the BO in a teenage boy! Can I ask though have you noticed any bleaching effect with it? Normans armpit hairs have turned ginger ..... v. strange? Afraid to say we still use the disposables provided by NHS. Recently found out I can also get dry wipes (as those used in hospitals) provided as well!! It's been 16 yrs and didn't know I could get them, it really is pot luck on the NHS. I'd been using the baby wipes on the market which are really full of chemicals ...oops!! I must try and find some nappy liner to use, if you have any ideas where to source them from, I'd be grateful. Lovely to hear how Tash is doing, with the boxing is this something that suggested for her? Also thanks for all the encouragement... emily xx > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Ok, so i've been convinced enough by what i've read and the good > > > > reports i've heard about this product, to go ahead and give it a > > try.. > > > > > > > > > > did other's buy from benchmark health - £54? > > > > > > > > > > i know its expensive but is it best to do this as a course? a few > > > > doses together? weekly? monthly? > > > > > > > > > > thanks > > > > > > > > > > . > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Hi We have the waitrose organic baby wipes in the house and they are low toxic load and have been fine with her. I have spoken to the person at this company http://www.thecottonnappycompany.co.uk They do washable wipes which can be machine washed at 60% and I think probably safely bleached with ecover bleach, and they also do fleece and paper nappy liners, which would put a barrier between Norman and the chemicals in the nappy. I think that you have mentioned before how warm Norman gets. if he is also wearing plastic nappies, his manly bits are not getting good clean air to then and this can increase likelihood of infections.. warm, damp, acidic environment. I think that there are some places that do cotton reusable incontinence pants which do not have PVC or plastic in them which may help too. I have not noticed any bleaching effect with the bicarb.. definately the best deo on this planet !! I wonder if he is detoxing through his sweat and the combination of the bicarb and some heavy metals or toxins creates this unique colouring. Yes suggested the boxing. I did it for a few weeks and really should do it again as I noticed a redefinition of my waist within a week of doing the boxing regularly..
