Yesterday I did weights at lunch and thought about taking the night off, but just couldn't do it after watching Biggest Loser (no one spoil it for ). So I did my own warm up and popped in Kathy 's Aerobox. I used the bag for some of it. I HATE/LOATHE the jump rope sections. UGH!!!! I burned about 540 calories. Today I did a lower key workout as a compromise to postponing my off day. I did Biggest Loser Season 1, the low intensity, high intensity and cool down sections along with my own warm up. Burned a little over 400. I modified up the first segment a bit and also used 2lb hand weights throughout.
