First batch complete!

Wow, that was easier than I expected! Using a GT's bottle as a starter, I had a

3 liter batch in 3 weeks. The scoby was quite small, but it didn't seem to

matter. I couldn't get it to carbonate though. I'll try leaving at room temp

for a few days before refrigerating?

I'm moving on to two 2.75 gallon batches now, using a donated mother in one

container and my baby mother in the other container. If anyone is looking for

glass containers with a spiggot, I found some neat ones at classichostess.com,
