got his college day placement, yay!

has got a day release placement at City College starting Oct this year

in their ASD/AS specific class.

He will be studying Art and transition work for the following year where we hope

he will get a full time placement after finishing school.

I was expecting a big fuss and fight for this as City College do not have an

arrangement with any of the special schools, there are other colleges that do

the usual road to nowhere courses and these are what all the kids go to as

standard.

I am so excited, got something without a fight, although I think my presence is

enough these days and I requested this last week at AR.

Can't wait for him to get home and give the good news.
