Guest guest Posted October 29, 2010 Report Share Posted October 29, 2010 Has anyone tried kombucha with pau d'arco tea? Is it true that the oils in herbal teas degrade the scoby over time? Would the anti-candida properties of pau d'arco tea survive the culturing process of kombucha? Or is the tea itself unaffected, and only the sugar is altered?
