Guest guest Posted April 7, 2010 Report Share Posted April 7, 2010 Wednesday, April 7, 2010 wednesday evening workout this evening did 30 min of gold's gym boxing. then followed it up with some denise austin personal training segments. first did the high intensity upper body segment, its more like combination of exercises in one set(ie back rows in rear shoulder raises or lat pullovers into tricep extensions etc), so it was lighter weight for me. then did the lower intensity lower body workout which is more pilates style matwork. she uses a towel to squeeze in some exercises but i used a pilates circle to get a little more out of it. then finished with the nice stretch that hits a good amount of the body in ten minutes. be glad for yoga tomorrow :-) LDY_SOLANA'S fITNESS BLOGLDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGElast purchase 3-12-1058 virgin workouts left58 only done once workouts leftowner of 327 workout dvds & 62 fitness related books Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
