Guest guest Posted June 23, 2010 Report Share Posted June 23, 2010 It is so darn hot here today. I think we hit 100 today but I haven't watched the news yet to be sure. I did my workout in front of the swamp cooler. It was actually still bearable although I am really sweaty now. I really hate to sweat. I know I'm supposed to like it but I don't, I hate it. For today's workout I opened up a brand new one that I have never done before. It is called Body & Soul Fitness-Strength & Endurance. I have no idea where I got it from nor do I remember buying it, must have been one of my ebay binges. The instructors name is Steve Schlemer. At first I thought I wasn't going to like it. He seemed to be going too fast, it seemed as if he was already doing the new moves before he even said to switch. After a while thought I did start to like it one I figured out what was going on. It sure wasn't a wimpy one like I did yesterday, it kinda kicked my butt actually. I finished the whole workout and I didn't even do the modified versions, except for about a one minute portion during the heavier aerobic section. It is a combination of cardio and weights. This workout is 52 minutes long altogether with a 4 minute warm up and an 11 minute cool down and stretch. I guess this is some sort of a series and I kinda wanna try the others now as well. I feel so good now that I finished it, even though I am still a tad bit winded. I will definitely do this one again as I love this very worked out feeling of getting my a@@ kicked from a DVD.
