I splurged and bought Synergy Gingerberry KT last night. Only got to sip a

few times before I fell asleep (had a long day yesterday) I woke up to find

my Gingerberry KT at room temperature. That's ok it is still wonderful and

I am sipping it at the moment. Then I got to thinking. I ve read and

research far and wide but did not see any mention of heating KT. I wonder

has anyone tried that? Would it take the fizziness away? Would it kill all

the good stuff?

The thought of sipping warm KT on a cold night (its gonna be 61 tomorrow

here in Arizona brrrrrrr) gives me warm fuzziness.. Tomorrow I get to add

new batch, maybe one will be ready to start brewing and then work on my KT

journal. I can hardly wait! Especially on the tasting part!

p.s. has anyone heard of Vagina Monologue Broadway Show? Well tonight I will

be interpreting for a low vision Deaf consumer. Should be interesting

because the play is all Deaf cast!!! I am really excited. If you have

never heard of it. Google or wiki it .
