I didn't even let myself think about my workout this morning.  I just went into robot-mode and got 'er done.  I can't believe these aren't getting any easier on me.  Holy smokes.  I used 5lb dumbbells for most of the work.  I used a 1 for the lunges (like I always have been).  I welcomed the mat work.  I think that is my type of cool-down...  You're still working hard, but it still allows for the heart rate to come down :)   Anyway, I burned 786 calories with my average at 143.

I know that robot mode and was wishing I could have been in it for my workout today. I was whining and groaning through the whole thing! (will post more in a bit)
