I can't believe these aren't getting any easier on me. Holy smokes. I used 5lb dumbbells for most of the work. I used a 1 for the lunges (like I always have been). I welcomed the mat work. I think that is my type of cool-down... You're still working hard, but it still allows for the heart rate to come down Anyway, I burned 786 calories with my average at 143.
