Hi Everyone,

Today I started off by warming up with 20 push-ups, 20 squats, 20 pull-downs, 1 mile on the TM, then 20 push-ups, 20 squats, 20 pull-downs. I didn't get my push-ups in yesterday so I I did want to toss some in today b/c I know today will be busy and Thursday will be, too. It is really just something I want to keep being proficient with. The mile on the TM is more jsut to get moving - since I sit all day at work I figure it doesn't hurt to at least walk an extra mile a day! Although the other day I did take the stairs - 12 flights - my calf was feeling fine so I figured it was ok to do it.

After that I did Ellen's Barefoot Cardio - a favorite of mine - it is deceptively challenging. It isn't killer but it isn't totally easy either - especially if you focus and put your effort into the movements. I had wanted to do all of Quick Fix Pilates Abs this morning (three 10 minute segments) but I only had time for one. I did the 'stabilization' session which was PERFECT for me today - my back was tight and this seemed to correct it. A lot of planks, variations on planks and extension exercises. Yay!

I also did my own stretches before and after my workout.

Hope everyone has a good day -

Donna
