Thursday workout

Hugs... having to curtail one's workouts for a medical reason really, really sucks.  I can't jump either because of bad feet and resent having to modify, but you do what you have to in order to prevent further injury  :(

Thank you .  My midwife is going to talk to some sort of specialist for me to see if she can get any answers.  She is totally stumped why I have it when I am so fit, and not overweight.Darcy

The jumping?? I can feel "something" uncomfortable sometimes when I'm doing high impact, especially when I do it in consecutive workouts. That's the only time and isn't always that way so I mostly ignore it or bring down the impact for the workout in which it is bugging me. I know you'd hate to cut out the high impact too, and I do too. I hope she has another solution for you!

Hi,

Today was legs. Disk # 14 legs. I knew my workout would be a little bit shorter since I was skipping the dead lifts. I decided to try the first tri-set of them and that was all I could handle. My low back started aching like a tooth ache. I really love the exercise, but my back is doing so much better since I stopped doing them. The paper plate exercises actually bother my back too, but their more doable.

Squats - 30

One leg elevated lunges - 20 Deadlifts - 25 DB(repeated 3/ times)Static lunge - 25 Plie squats - 30One leg slide back lunges w/ disk - 15 (repeated 3 times) Stiff legged deadlift on platform --------Side slide lunges with paper plate - 20

Squats narrow stance - 25(repeated 3 times)Calf raises - (I used my platform and bar and did both legs. This worked WELL!)

I really needed an extra stretch so I decided to do Butts & Guts stretch. It was perfect and I got the whole thing done in 50 minutes.

No school again today. They called last night around 7. I'm glad their getting it that these country roads are barely passable. I'm sure they'll go back tomorrow though. The wind has died down and that's been the main issue these past few days.
