Awesome job on getting it done despite such a busy day!

I'm sure those noodle arms were a sign that you pushed hard.   Be proud!

It is after 11 PM and I did this workout, in a hurry, at 9:30 AM... that sums up my day (I usually try to post right after my workout but I didn't even touch my computer until 10 PM today). I'm thrilled I was able to make time for a workout and I'm especially thrilled I wrote down my weights from the last time I did this (last week). I was tired, stressed and rushed and most times I picked up the weights I used last time I said to myself " What was I thinking?! " but I stuck with them anyway (except for one exercise that I thought had more reps than it did and when I switched to a lower weight during the set it ended as soon as I did so I made a note not to give up on the heavier weights next time!). I felt like I was sloppier and didn't try as hard but I did try and did have noodle arms for a while after the workout so I must have still worked mostly hard. Tomorrow is Calorie Killer and boy do I need it. Really dumb eating today but I'm okay with it because it is a once in a very great while kind of day and tomorrow will be a whole lot better. No permanent damage (or even really big damage at all) will have been done. I'm now more than half way done with this last month of the Bikini Bootcamp rotation. It is last a lot longer than a month (the whole thing is also lasting longer than the 3 months it was planned to last) but I'm getting it done! :-)
